South Gloucestershire police are warning moped riders to lock up following the arrest of three young men for moped theft. In the early hours of Wednesday 22nd September patrolling officers spotted a Piaggio NRG moped which had been stolen from Staple Hill. The bike was found abandoned near the cycle track at Mangotsfield and officers arrested three young men nearby.
