Work to start on Winterbourne speed reduction scheme

Work is due to start the week commencing Monday 25th October on a scheme designed to slow traffic speeds in the narrow country lanes around Moorend and Bury Hill in Winterbourne. Residents of this semi-rural area have raised concerns for a number of years about the speed and volume of traffic using these narrow rural lanes to avoid traffic congestion
