Two arrested after robberies (Aztec West and Patchway)

Police arrested two men on Friday October 02 2009 in connection with street robberies in the Patchway and Aztec West area of South Gloucestershire. The men, both aged 20, have both been charged with two counts of robbery on Thursday October 01 2009 and one count of attempted robbery on the same day. Both men are due before Northavon Magistrates

Official opening of improved CCTV service

Residents of South Gloucestershire will be even safer as a result of the opening of an extended CCTV service covering the district. An official opening on 29 September marks the completion of an 18 month project to provide state-of-the-art CCTV equipment across South Gloucestershire.
