World record tree planting comes to Yate Common

To help celebrate National Tree Week, South Gloucestershire Council and the Friends of Yate Common have teamed up with BBC Breathing Places and Guinness World Records for Tree O’Clock, a nationwide challenge to plant as many trees as possible in a single hour. At 11am on Saturday 5 December, Executive Member for Planning, Transportation and Strategic Environment, Cllr Brian Allinson,
