Appeal for information after teenagers robbed in Thornbury park

Police are appealing for information about a robbery at Mundy playing fields in Kington Lane, Thornbury.

It happened at around 2pm on Wednesday 27th October. Three teenagers were approached by three older youths who threatened them and stolen their money and mobile phones.

One of the offenders is described as white, aged about 18-19, of skinny build and between 5ft 10ins-6ft 1ins tall. He had short dark or black spiky hair.

He had a distinctive tattoo across the right side of his neck, running to the edge of his chin. It is black and of a tribal design with swirls coming out from the main tattoo.

He was wearing a blue Nike hoody jacket with varying shades of blue on the shoulders, a white T-shirt, and grey jogging bottoms with a Nike logo on the right thigh.

The second man is also white and around 18-19 years old. He is of skinny build, 6ft tall with short dark brown hair. He also wore a blue hoody type zip-up jacket, and white jogging bottoms with a Nike tick logo on the right thigh.

The third man is black, around 18-19, of stocky, muscular build, with a shaved head with dark stubble. He had a distinctive flat nose which looked broken. He was wearing a black zip-up hooded jacket and white trainers. He had a silver watch with the strap made of chain link.
