Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in Charfield, South Gloucestershire involving two lorries in which one of the drivers died.
It happened at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, December 8 on the B4058 Wootton Road. For some reason one of the lorries, a Scania, drifted into the path of another lorry coming the other way and collided head-on.
The driver of the Scania, a 51-year-old man, believed to be local, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver wasn’t badly hurt.
