Police are appealing for witnesses to a man acting indecently in public in Yate.
They want to talk to anyone who may have seen a man in a white van parked near the Tesco Express in Station Road.
Although a 42 year old man has been arrested and charged with two counts of indecency, police still want to talk to people who may have seen anything suspicious since July.
They say the van would usually have been parked outside the store between 8-9am or 5-6pm during the week.
