Police are appealing for information after an incident of indecent exposure in Mangotsfield.
The incident occurred on Wednesday 22nd July 2009 at around 3pm in Manor Road, Mangotsfield.
Two teenagers saw a man indecently exposing himself on the side of the road before walking off towards Rodway Hill Road.
The man is described as white, in his late 30’s and of average build. He was approximately 5ft 8ins tall.
He had short dark brown hair and was bald at the top of his head. He was wearing navy, combat style trousers with pockets on the calf area, and a navy polo shirt. The Polo shirt had a white logo on the left hand side of the chest area.
